Refunds

1.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

2.It takes about 3~7 business days from the time we initiate the refund to the completion of the entire refund process.

3.Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


4. The  insurance are non-refundable.

NOTE:You have 30 natural days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 natural days of delivery.
